THE MESH, the hallmark restaurant of Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre, is observing Ramadan with a culturally inspired feast that takes guests through time and regions.

The “Pesona Klasik” dinner buffet reimagines the classic charm of Malaysian flavours that will resonate well with local diners and international travellers.

It entails a dining experience that is immersive as it is nostalgic, lined with exciting flavours curated by the hotel’s chefs.

The buffet offers a showcase of the chefs’ collective inspirations and culinary flair, where they share something from their hometown or childhood memory through their dishes.

The spread boasts numerous live stations featuring authentic regional flavours from around the country.

Highlights include Gulai Kawah Daging Rebung Madu, Gulai Ikan Nyonya Bunga Kantan, Ayam Percik Kelantan Pok Nik, Kambing Bakar Rempah Giling, bubur lambuk and dulang-style classics.

The meal promises a reimagined touch of classic dishes served in the heart of the city.

“Pesona Klasik” dinner buffet, priced at RM218nett per adult and RM109nett per child, is available from March 7 to 27.

An early bird discount of 15% is available until March 10.
