It is another year chock-full of watch exhibitions and events, where industry professionals and collectors as well as enthusiasts can expect a series of influential occasions showcasing innovations, encouraging networking and highlighting trends.

The year kicked off with LVMH Watch Week in the very first month of 2025, with Inhorgenta following close in the month after.

The LVMH Watch Week in the United States relocated this year from Los Angeles to New York due to the wildfires in the City of Angels.

The sixth edition of the iconic event saw two shows – first in the Big Apple on Jan 21 and 22 and then in Paris on Jan 30 and 31.

Even though the LVMH Week has wrapped up, its impact is still ticking!

After all, the event pretty much took over the city, with the heart of the action centred at Tiffany’s loved flagship, The Landmark on 5th Avenue, along with nearby Louis Vuitton and Bvlgari stores.

These set the stage for a showcase of timepieces that were as much about artistry as they were about innovation.

Nine LVMH watchmaking Houses showed off their latest creations.

From intricate designs to groundbreaking materials, the events revealed watches that pushed the boundaries of craftsmanship.

Tiffany & Co stole the spotlight at LVMH Watch Week, masterfully fusing high jewellery with watchmaking excellence.

The stunning Eternity by Tiffany Wisteria watch made its grand debut, paying homage to Tiffany’s rich horological legacy and the iconic Wisteria lamp designed by Tiffany Studios in the early 20th century.

Meanwhile, for all the motor racing fans out there, TAG Heuer brought along the Charles Leclerc of watches to the track with the Formula 1 Chronograph series: A high-octane line-up of four timepieces that put speed, precision and style at the forefront.

Meanwhile, February saw the recently concluded Inhorgenta 2025.

Held from Feb 21 to 24, the event in Munich, Germany, chalked up another successful year.

With some 1,334 brands from 38 countries participating this time around, Inhorgenta 2025 grew by 3.4% compared with the previous year.

A special highlight was the “Timeless Brilliance” exhibition, which immersed visitors in the fascinating facets of a diamond.

Together with the new guided tours, visitors were able to gain a quick and expert overview of current industry topics.

The highlight of the event was definitely the presentation of the 8th Inhorgenta Award, regarded as the highest honour in the jewelry, watch and gemstone industry.

In a glamorous gala, the best in the industry were honored across nine categories.

The Horology HUB then showcased the history of timekeeping.

This was where, under expert guidance, visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand how much practice and patience it takes to disassemble and reassemble the intimidatingly complicated Unitas 6497-1 movement!

Here, we present a slew of upcoming events showcasing fine horology for the avid watch fans to match their travel itinerary in the remaining months of 2025.

Time to Watches

This glorious exhibition for independent watch brands, slotted for April 1 to 6, actually runs simultaneously with Watches and Wonders in Geneva, Switzerland.

But this year, it has moved to a new venue at the Villa Sarasin – a historical mansion built in 1833, located in the heart of Geneva’s Sarasin Park just one minute’s walk from the Palexpo exhibition centre.

The exhibition is expecting to grow from the 55 brands that participated last year because of its closer proximity to Watches and Wonders, and the more upscale environment afforded by Villa Sarasin.

Watches and Wonders

Watches and Wonders is generally regarded as the main trade show of the watch world.

It takes place each year from April 1 to 7 in the capital of timekeeping, Geneva.

Last year’s edition saw 54 brands fill the Palexpo exhibition centre with larger-than-life booths individually designed and decorated to reflect a brand’s main focus of the year.

Recent announcements have confirmed that Watches and Wonders 2025 will be the biggest edition yet, with some 60 horological brands exhibiting.

Watch & Match

More than just a showcase of fine horology, this exhibition from May 21 to 24 at Geneva’s Balexert Commercial Centre promises to take you closer to the brands and the people who make them.

Free introductory workshops during the event will allow one to lose one’s self in the world of watchmaking via an immersive experience.

Take a seat at one of many watchmaker’s workbenches and try your hand at precise manipulations: dismantle and reassemble a few parts of a mechanical movement, supervised by a watchmaker and his team.

Geneva Watch Days

This event from Sept 4 to 7 celebrates its sixth anniversary this year.

And on the back of massive success for GWD in 2023 and 2024, many are certainly expecting this year to be even bigger and better, with more brands coming on board.

Created by Breitling, Bvlgari, De Bethune, Girard Perregaux, H. Moser & Cie and MB&F, it started off as a decentralised event away from Watches and Wonders.

Even though it celebrates the timepieces from the industry’s biggest independent brands, it also shines a light on some lesser-known brands to make it a more public and casual fair for all to attend.

Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève

Hosted in Geneva’s Théâtre du Léman on Nov 13, this remains the pinnacle of horological excellence, and the 2025 edition is poised to shine brighter than ever.

Building on last year’s triumphs, such as the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak “Jumbo” Extra-Thin winning the Aiguille d’Or and the bold success of Bvlgari’s Octo Finissimo in the Chronograph category, this year’s ceremony promises to highlight not only exceptional craftsmanship but also a growing commitment to sustainability.

With new awards introduced to recognise eco-conscious innovation and ethical practices in watchmaking, the GPHG is evolving to celebrate timepieces that blend artistry with environmental responsibility.

The event will be a glamorous gathering of industry icons and a celebration of the watches that define our era.

Dubai Watch Week

Venturing away from Switzerland, Dubai Watch Week (Nov 19 to 23) returns to take centre stage at a stunning new venue: the iconic Dubai Mall and the picturesque Burj Park in the UAE.

This horological event continues to push boundaries, offering a dynamic platform for collectors, enthusiasts and industry leaders to connect.

The new setting promises an elevated experience, combining luxury retail with a backdrop of Dubai’s skyline.

Visitors can look forward to immersive exhibitions, insightful panels with watchmaking legends, and exclusive previews of the latest releases – all set amid the vibrant energy of one of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities.
